About the Blend

This blend is a warming, comforting tea crafted to support digestion, relaxation, and bladder health. It includes: cleavers, marshmallow leaf, peppermint, nettle leaf,  holy basil, slippery elm, dandelion leaf, stevia, dried apples, cinnamon, ginger root, dried pears.


Marshmallow leaf and slippery elm are particularly known for their soothing mucilaginous properties, which help coat the bladder lining and reduce irritation. Cleavers and dandelion leaf further promote detoxification and urinary tract health.


Creative Ways to Enjoy


Hot Option: Spiced Apple-Pear Latte

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 cup brewed Apple-Pear Cinnamon Wellness Blend

    • ½ cup steamed milk (or plant-based milk)

    • 1 teaspoon honey or IC-friendly sweetener (optional)

    • Pinch of cinnamon for garnish

  • Instructions:

    1. Brew the tea by steeping 1 tablespoon of the blend in 1 cup of boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Strain.

    2. Heat and froth your milk using a frother or whisk.

    3. Combine the brewed tea and steamed milk in a mug. Sweeten with honey or an IC-friendly sweetener if desired.

    1. Brew the tea by steeping 1 tablespoon of the blend in 1 cup of hot water (about 190°F) for 8-10 minutes. Strain.

marshmallow root, uva ursi leaf, cleavers leaf, skullcap leaf, nettle root, ashwagandha root, licorice root, parsley root, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, black pepper
